It is obvious that the sales people at Mullinax Ford are good at their job, especially Dave which has sold me the last two vehicles I purchased. A 2012 ford focus which I did not care for because of the size not quality and a 2013 Ford Escape that I purchased for my wife. The difference between Mullinax and lets say t ford is the service, I purchased a new 2010 ford fusion from t ford and they would not fix my complaints so I brought the car to Mullinax and they did not hesitate to fix the problem I complained about even though I had purchased the car from a different dealership. When you buy from Mullinax the relationship doesn’t stop when you leave the parking lot. Anytime you have an issue with the vehicle you purchase from Mullinax they will stand behind it.

I purchased a 2010 Taurus 12/2010. Since I had dealt with a Mullinax sales person previously and was very pleased, I returned for my Taurus and everything went very well. So when I started to consider an Explorer, I returned to the dealership and talked with my same sales person/friend along with another sales person and got all the information I needed to know. In early 12/2012, I closed the deal with them and was very pleased with the entire sale. I was never pressured and was treated with respect from the beginning. Their knowledge and professional attitude was greatly appreciated. I would recommend the dealership and its employees in the future. I also will return to Mullinax. They get five stars.

He was friendly, personable, and very helpful. Tom definitely went the extra mile to help us and get the car we wanted and the financing we needed. A few weeks ago we came into Mullinax Ford to find a good used car for our son. Our salesman Torrey helped us find the perfect car for him. Two weeks ago we realized our electrical was going out on our 2008 PT Cruiser, We went back to Mullinax to look for a car for us, of course we had Torrey help us again because he was so amazing the first time and again he worked his magic and showed us a 2013 Ford Fiesta, which was just the perfect car for us. The gas mileage is great and it is just a fun car to drive. I would recommend Torrey and Mullinax to everyone, the rest of the staff was great too. They didn’t treat us as numbers or $ signs, they treated us as friends. We will go back and get our next car from them in the future.
