Having purchased numerous vehicles from Mullinax, I had no doubt that that this buying experience would be the same. Frank (the sales representative) is probably the best I have had the pleasure to work with purchasing my new 2013 Ford Edge SEL. There was no pressure, I was offered the chance for a test drive, all of the features of the vehicle were explained, and the paperwork involved took about half the time it takes at other dealerships. Additionally, I was offered an extremely competitive price for my trade-in and the vehicle purchased was priced below what other dealerships were offering. The overall buying experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Mullinax.

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge at Mullinax in Apopka from Todd with assistance from Frank. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They made the whole transaction stress free from beginning to end. I told my husband the next time we need a car we were going back to Mullinax. This was the first time I have ever looked at a car and took it home the same day I looked at it. There was no hassle about the price, I got a good deal on my trade, and the whole deal was done in just a few hours. When the salesman handed me the keys, I didn’t believe it. Usually, it takes a day or more before the car it ready for delivery. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. Oh, by the way, I had my truck in there for service the day before. The work was done on time and as promised.
