After looking and not finding what I was looking for in a 2012 F150 XLT on the lot, Charles Ford came to offer me some options. We went over what I was looking for in detail and though he found one for me in Louisiana, it had been sold before I was to commit. The deal almost went south until I chose a different color but same package and after an exhaustive search, a truck was found in Texas and to my liking. Charles never gave up and the management there was exceptionally helpful. When I took possession of the vehicle, I was 100% pleased and was grateful for the diligence of Mullinax Ford. If you’re looking for a Ford product, give Mullinax Ford a try.
I have NEVER had a more PLEASURABLE experience buying a vehicle in my life! These people REALLY care, and they REALLY want to please their customers, and they are what ALL dealerships should be about! We drove 2 hours to another state to buy from Mullinax, because they took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and made every effort to deliver and then some!! They go above and beyond their job, and it is obvious ! I will never buy from anyone else but MULLINAX, so worth our 2 hour drive from Louisiana to Alabama !!!

This was the first time I have ever looked at a car and took it home the same day I looked at it. There was no hassle about the price, I got a good deal on my trade, and the whole deal was done in just a few hours. When the salesman handed me the keys, I didn’t believe it. Usually, it takes a day or more before the car it ready for delivery. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. Oh, by the way, I had my truck in there for service the day before. The work was done on time and as promised.

Bought my new Ford Focus through the internet department and was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. I couldn’t believe it how easy it was. The up front price they quoted me is exactly what I ended up paying for it. These guys are the real deal!
