We were looking for a small new car for my wife. Dale was very informative and did not pressure us to make a decision. We reviewed several choices and clearly made our intent known that we would comparison shop other makes and models. We settled on a new 2013 C-max Ford Hybrid. The particular color and interior was not readily available so our salesman, Dale Scholfield, searched incoming inventory and kept us informed as to the desired car’s arrival. Dale, knows his cars and was most helpful in teaching us the basics of handling this new cars many electronic and other options. I have to say that we have no reservations in recommending this dealership and Dale to our friends. Considering that many of them have an interest in this Hybrid system we will be doing just that.

I’ve purchased several F-150 trucks. This is the first time I have walked out of a dealership not feeling slimy from the whole purchasing process. My sales rep Jim Crampton spent a lot of time with me as the variety of F-150s available to choose from was extensive. He was also very knowledgeable about any vehicle in which I showed interest. My choice came down to two vehicles…Jim and the finance manager Jon Dreaden were more than happy to work up the finance numbers, including my trade-in value, on both vehicles. I’ve found in the past that most dealerships don’t want to give you a trade-in value until you’ve decided on a vehicle…seems the trade-in value can vary based on the cost of the vehicle you want to purchase…this game was not played by Mullinax. After deciding on a vehicle, Jon found me the best financing that works for me. He was even able to beat the interest rate offered by my credit union…which is hard to do. I wanted to add some additional items to the vehicle, and Carrie Kwitzky, my service advisor, was able to work with the parts department to set up the work so that I could take advantage of the cost to receive Ford Ownership points. I’ve had other F-150 trucks serviced at this dealership and I always try to work with Carrie as she is “old-school” in the level of service she provides…really works hard, giving her best effort to each customer! I would definitely recommend you stop by Mullinax and check them out before making any vehicle purchase decisions.

I recently bought a 2013 Ford Explorer at Mullinax Ford. It was a great experience. The salesman, Scotty Mitchem, did a great job at explaining the entire process. Took time walking me through all of the functions of the car and demonstrating. The one price was easy and they gave me a fair value for my trade. I leased this explorer and the payment came out about $25 lower than my expectations. Scotty also handled all of the finance paperwork and explained clearly. I also use Mullinax for service and have always had a great experience. I would recommend Mullinax for any potential car buyers out there! Ask for Scotty Mitchem!

Our salesman, Allen Bowers, was great! Buying a car can sometimes be an ordeal. Allen was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Overall the experience at Mullinax was great. I purchased a new Ford Fusion and I’m delighted with the car.
