I visited Mullinax Ford not too long ago and drove off in a 2012 Ford Fusion. Not only were they extremely helpful in helping me pick what I wanted, but they worked with me and my credit. I am very happy with the vehicle and would recommend anyone looking for a great deal to at least stop by and look around.

This was the first time I have ever looked at a car and took it home the same day I looked at it. There was no hassle about the price, I got a good deal on my trade, and the whole deal was done in just a few hours. When the salesman handed me the keys, I didn’t believe it. Usually, it takes a day or more before the car it ready for delivery. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. Oh, by the way, I had my truck in there for service the day before. The work was done on time and as promised.

I was dealing with a young guy online with the dealership and he was helpful and sent me everything I needed before I arrive. This place probably had more F150s than any other dealer between Pensacola and Gulfport. I qualify for the X-Plan so I got a slightly better price than what they had advertised. Overall, it was a great experience. No one enjoys paying $600 a month on a new truck, but Jonathon Byrd, the young guy I had been dealing with online, was helpful and very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the vehicle and was able to help me purchase the right truck. If you are a X-Plan buyer, this is a great place to buy because they have a lot of stuff to pick from.
The staff at Mullinax Ford were very nice and helpful. I was looking for a new vehicle that was safe and had great space and gas mileage. The staff spent the time to answer all of my questions and make my experience a pleasant one. This is the only place I will by my Fords from now on.

I tell everyone about Mullinax Ford in Apopka. From my first visit in January 2012, when I was just looking. There was no pressure, no sales man hovering over me in the parking lot until I had walked through to see what was offered. I liked what I saw and when I walked up to the sales office, THEN I was approached. I told the sales manager what I was looking for and he took me directly to the car I had been looking at, but when I shared wistfully shared that if I had my choice, I would like leather seats – he led to my perfect car, a certified used 2008 Ford Focus. I didn’t look at the car initially because it looked out of my price range but it was exactly what I could afford. Within 24 hours I drove away in my perfect car for me. Nelson Santana handled my sale and was so patient with my mother and I. It’s now July 2012 and I’ve gone twice for oil changes and service and both times have spoken with Dan English. He makes me feel like he is my personal service representative. He’s mannerly, knowledgable, very efficient and makes the entire experience worth going back. I will remain a Mullinax Ford Apopka customer and see why people go back for car number 2, 3 or 5. Thank you for letting me share my experience!

My family has purchased about 5 or more vehicles from Mullinax Ford Apopka. If that doesn’t speak volumes to their quality service, excellent sales team and personalized service then I don’t know what does. When I go into Mullinax now, I am not just a number. I get greeted with hugs from their sales team. Can’t say I’ve ever seen this happen from any other dealership I have bought a car from. And like any business, issues certainly do arise but one of the things I like about Mullinax is that they take care of their customers. If you have problems, they do everything they can to make sure you are a happy and satisfied customer. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle.

The guys at Mullinax Ford New Smyrna are the BEST!! We drove over from Orlando and as others have commented…it was a great transaction from start to finish. Over the years we’ve had many dealings with different dealerships and none of them have been good. At Mullinax Ford we were pleasantly surprised 🙂 You don’t have to haggle over price…your salesman doesn’t have to run back to the manager 10 times to see if he can get you a better deal….there’s NO pressure…the guys are genuinely NICE….and they DO WHAT THEY SAY!! We were SO surprised (in a good way). They offered us a very fair price on a new Escape AND gave us more for our truck (as a trade-in) than any of the other dealers had quoted us. We got there about an hour before closing and ended up keeping everyone late on a Friday night. Not once did we feel rushed. These guys went above and beyond what we were expecting and we will definitely recommend them to friends and family (or anyone else looking to buy a vehicle). Ask for Jae! Customer service is a top priority and it shows 🙂
